International by design.
Personal by nature.
Levlan was built around a simple idea: international marketing works better when the people shaping the strategy genuinely understand both sides of the market.
Our leadership spans the UK, China and Europe, combining different perspectives, networks and experience into one joined-up team.

Michael
Steadman
Michael brings together creative production, digital marketing and first-hand experience of working between China and Western markets.
After spending five years working in China, he returned to the UK with a practical understanding of the communication, cultural and commercial differences that can determine whether an international brand succeeds.
His background spans marketing strategy, web development, photography, film and media production, giving Levlan a creative perspective grounded in the realities of actually producing campaigns.
Amanda
Ren
Amanda brings the China-side commercial perspective that sits at the heart of Levlan's international approach.
Based in China, she provides first-hand understanding of Chinese businesses, products and commercial culture — helping ensure our international strategies remain connected to the companies behind them.
Her perspective helps bridge the gap between how a business operates in China and how its brand, proposition and communication need to evolve when entering Western markets.

Andrea
Genocchio
Andrea leads Levlan's European sales activity, helping turn international ambition into real commercial relationships.
His role connects Levlan with clients, distributors, partners and opportunities across European markets, bringing a strong commercial perspective to the wider team.
Working alongside our UK and China leadership, Andrea helps make sure market strategy stays grounded in what customers and commercial partners in Europe actually need.
Three perspectives.
One direction.
How will the brand be understood?
We look at positioning, language, creative expectations, digital experience and what Western customers need to see before they trust a new international brand.
What does the business need to preserve?
Strong localisation does not mean stripping away what made a company successful in the first place. Our China-side perspective keeps strategy connected to the business, product and people behind the brand.
Where does opportunity become commercial?
European market development brings the strategy into the real world: relationships, conversations, partners, customers and opportunities for sustainable growth.

You work with us.
Not through us.
We deliberately keep senior people close to the work.
Direct communication
Speak directly with the people responsible for your strategy, creative work and market development.
Joined-up thinking
China, UK and European perspectives inform the same strategy rather than operating as disconnected teams.
Built around the project
When specialist expertise is needed, we build the right wider team around the project rather than forcing every brief through the same structure.
